Brooklyn Nets make a huge offer for Jrue Holiday
The Brooklyn Nets will have a new bench boss in Steve Nash and it appears they are ready to surround Nash with some more talent. The team has targeted PG Jrue Holiday from the New Orleans Pelicans, as they try to improve their club for next season.

ICYMI: Brooklyn Nets are interested in Jrue Holiday. Nets could be offering Spencer Dinwiddie, Jarrett Allen, Dzanan Musa and a protected future first round pick. Per @ScoopB
Holiday would be the perfect running mate for Kyrie Irving, as Holiday can guard anybody in the league and can give Irving a break from the tough matchups. Jrue has two years left on his contract, paying him just over $53 million.
Holiday has been snubbed a couple of times as he's known around the league as the best on-ball defender around. Even Damian Lillard took to Twitter in Holiday's defense after he wasn't named DPOY this season. Respect from your peers, nothing better.
Look for the Nets to make a splash as the team is ready to make it's mark in the East next season. A healthy roster, some fresh blood, and a hall-of-fame rookie head coach, the Nets are a complete wildcard with loads of potential.

"Jrue Holiday should have been Defensive Player Of The Year 2 or 3 times."
