Multiple teams have already contacted Doc Rivers with offers

Doc Rivers won't be out of a job long if he doesn't want to be as it's only been minutes since the news broke about him stepping down as the LA Clippers coach, and there's already reports surfacing he's been contacted by multiple teams.

Teams who have reached out to Rivers include the Philadelphia 76ers and the New Orleans Pelicans, and you have to think the Houston Rockets are next.

Rivers spent 7 seasons as the Clippers bench boss and took them from being the punchline of the NBA to Lob City and now one of the top free-agent destinations.

Credit given where credit is due and Doc Rivers deserves a lot of it even though the Clippers crumbled down the stretch. It may not be hard to forget, but when your focus turns to another team, and quickly, that should help.

According @MarcJSpears, the Sixers and Pelicans have already reached out to Doc Rivers regarding their open coaching position.
