Cousins will try to rejuvenate his career with the Rockets as he missed all of last season after tearing his ACL during training to play for the Los Angeles Lakers.
The 30-year-old, when healthy, is one of the elite big men in the league who can dominate games at both ends of the court. His ability to play with his back to the basket and high basketball IQ make him an ideal post player.
Cousins has battled some major injuries in his career including tearing his Achilles and will look to get back in to the swing of playing a full season.
His last game action came with the Golden State Warriors where 'Boogie' averaged 16.3 points and 8.2 rebounds per game in 30 appearances.
Yahoo Sources: Former All-Star DeMarcus Cousins worked out for the Houston Rockets today and impressed the organization, quelling any health concerns. He’s as hungry as ever.
