Done Deal: Chris Paul Traded to the Phoenix Suns
On November 11th we brought you the news that Chris Paul was being discussed between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Phoenix Suns and today the NBA lifted its trade moratorium and sure enough, Paul is on the move!
Here's the Deal:
The deal sends Chris Paul and Abdel Nader to the Suns for Kelly Oubre, Ricky Rubio, Ty Jerome, Jalen Lecque and a 2022 first-round pick, sources tell ESPN.

Huge trade for the Suns as they bring Paul on board to be the floor general for Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton.
For the Thunder, they have a STOCK of picks over the next several seasons, and it's nothing but a rebuild now for OKC.
OKC now has 17 First-Round Picks from now until 2027, h/t @wojespn.

Paul has two years left on his huge contract that pays him over $40 million per season including a $44 million player option for 2021-22. CP3 is headed to the desert, who haven't seen a playoff game in almost a decade.
Next year, could be a totally different story!
