Marc Gasol Signs Two-Year Deal with the Lakers
Marc Gasol and the Los Angeles Lakers have come to terms on a two-year deal. The money on the deal at this point is unknown but there's an apparent trade involving JaVale McGee which helps free up the cash for the Lakers.
Gasol heads back to the team who drafted him as if you don't remember, Marc was drafted by Los Angeles and traded to Memphis for his brother Pau. He brings a big frame, soft hands, and a willingness to make the extra pass, Gasol will fit in nicely with Anthony Davis in the Lakers front court.
Pau and Marc Gasol would be the first set of brothers to each play for the Lakers at any point in their careers 🔥 pic.twitter.com/oNJz3RfuSY

Gasol leaves Toronto after making quite the impression in a year and a half. The Big Spaniard won a championship, was beloved by the fans, and his teammates couldn't say enough. Through and through it probably couldn't have gone better for Gasol as a Raptor. The performance at the championship parade will live on forever.

The Lakers have added to a championship roster in a big way. Gasol along with the likes of Denis Schroder, Wesley Matthews, and Montrezl Harrel should give the Championship Lakers another shot in the arm they may not even need.
The good times keep rolling in La La Land.
The Lakers really added Dennis Schröder, Wes Matthews, Montrezl Harrell, & Marc Gasol to a championship team
