The Utah Jazz are hitting all the right notes at the start of free agency, as they have re-signed Jordan Clarkson to a four year deal worth $52M.

Clarkson was an offensive spark for the Jazz off the bench last year, averaging 15.6 ppg in only 24.7 minutes over 42 games. He had two huge games to help stake Utah to a 3-1 series lead against Denver in Round 1 of the Playoffs - 26 points on 9/18 shooting in Game 2 and 24 points on 9/13 shooting in Game 4. Unfortunately for Clarkson and the Jazz, the Nuggets pulled off the 3-1 series comeback win in epic fashion.
The Jazz are also adding Derrick Favors back into the mix. The veteran forward spent the first 9 years of his career in Utah and spent last year in New Orleans, where he averaged a career high 9.8 rpg in only 24.4 minutes.

Clarkson is always good for a quote, so we'll leave on a classic from him...
To this day, I still don’t think I’ve gotten a better quote from an athlete than the one Jordan Clarkson gave me when I asked him what he thought about trade rumors involving him.
