Houston Rockets Dealt Huge Blow Before Season Opener
The Houston Rockets are taking on the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday night to kick off their 2020-21 NBA Season, and it sounds like they will be without several of their key players.
Several Houston Rockets, including John Wall, DeMarcus Cousins and possibly more, are expected to miss tonight's season opener vs. OKC due to coronavirus contact tracing, sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium.

The Rockets can't seem to catch a break as they have been making headlines all offseason for all the wrong reasons.
The team is looking for John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins to find their old magic and provide the team with a healthy duo that can make some noise. Christian Wood appears to be ready to breakout and has shown this preseason he's capable of producing big numbers.
Meanwhile, superstar James Harden has been nothing short of a distraction and team keeps working on a trade for the disgruntled star.
The Houston Rockets can't wait to get the season started, just sounds like they won't have their full roster available for the opening tip.

As Rockets disclosed yesterday, Ben McLemore is in self-isolation and out for tonight's game vs. OKC. McLemore tested positive for the coronavirus days ago, sources said, and has been in isolation. He isn't the teammate whose positive test initiated contact tracing today on team. https://t.co/VCH4pAVm2e
