Jared Dudley Signs One-Year Deal
Jared Dudley has signed a fresh one-year deal to stay with the championship Lakers, because why wouldn't you want to play basketball in L.A?
The 6'6 tweener's new deal pays him $2.6 million and brings him back to the Lakers where he appeared in 45 games last season, starting once. His numbers don't jump off the page but Dudley's presence in the room is worth more than his contract. He's known as a 'glue' guy and everybody's favorite teammate.
Last season he finished averaging 1.5 points, 1.2 rebounds, and shot 43% from downtown.
Free agent G Jared Dudley has agreed to a 1-year, $2.6M deal to return to the Lakers, agent Mark Bartelstein of @PrioritySports tells me and @ZachLowe_NBA.

The Lakers welcome Dudley back with open arms and look forward to his leadership and more importantly him organizing all the dinners on the road. It's more than basketball for Dudley and the purple and gold.
