Video: Kings Stun The Nuggets With Wild Buzzer-Beater
The Sacramento Kings pulled off a miracle win last night as Buddy Hield was the hero, tipping in the buzzer beater to sneak the Kings past the Denver Nuggets 124-122 in overtime.
The Kings were led by Harrison Barnes who dropped 21 points, but more importantly stole the ball for Nikola Jokic with 2.8 seconds left that set up Hield tipping in his miss at the buzzer. The play all started from a block by Kings star De'Aaron Fox at one end and then the chaos ensued....

What a win over the Nuggets. Hustle plays all over in OT. De'Aaron Fox with the block to save it and Buddy Hield with the tip-in to win it.

Hield led the Kings with 22 points, meanwhile for the Nuggets it was the same ol' Jokic show as one of the best big men in the game finished with a triple-double, 29 points, 15 boards and 14 assists. Unfortunately it was his butter fingers that led to Barnes stealing the ball with only a couple seconds left in overtime that set up the Nuggets loss.
For the Nuggets, breakout star Michael Porter Jr, who has been all over the rumor mill, scored 24 points, and star point-guard Jamal Murray got off to a brutal start to the season with only five points and 1-9 shooting from the field.
For the Kings their home opener is Saturday night against the Phoenix Suns, and for the Nuggets, they play Christmas night against the Los Angeles Clippers and are going to need a better performance from Murray if they want to stand any chance.
