Video: Nets Dominate the Warriors, Clippers Put Away the Champion Lakers
The 2020-21 NBA season officially tipped off on Wednesday night with two wonderful matchups that included the Brooklyn Nets playing host to the Golden State Warriors and the Clippers and Lakers in the battle of Los Angeles.
The focus in Brooklyn was solely on the Nets and how Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving were going to look on the floor together, along with how first-year head coach, Steve Nash would fair in his first game.
For the Warriors, they wanted to get a look at some new players including top-pick James Wiseman and newly acquired Kelly Oubre Jr.
Needless to say, nobody disappointed:

For the late game in LA, the Clippers managed to hold off the Lakers for a 116-109 victory. Paul George had an up-and-down game which also included a reel for the bloopers, and the Lakers received their championship rings, which may have been one of the better moments of the night.
Here's everything you missed from the battle of Los Angeles:
this isn’t Paul George’s fault, the ref should have his hands up ready to shoot. pic.twitter.com/e9W9kgKRBl
