LaMelo Ball Put on a Show vs Brother Lonzo and the Pelicans
LaMelo and Lonzo Ball were the first brothers ever to be taken in the top-3 of the NBA draft and on Friday night they faced off for the first time as pros. The Charlotte Hornets and the New Orleans Pelicans enjoyed a back and forth affair and it was younger brother LaMelo who barely missed a triple double and led his team to victory over his big bro!

The Hornets won 118-110 and LaMelo was one assist shy of a triple double, finishing with 12 points, 11 rebounds and you guessed it, nine assists. If he could have found his teammate for one more open look, LaMelo would have made history as the youngest player ever to record a triple double.

For Lonzo it was a bit of a different story. He finished with five points, two rebounds, and three assists in a game he would like to forget.
Either way, LaVar and the rest of the Ball family should be very proud of the boys!
