Pacers' Caris LeVert Out Indefinetly After Small Mass Found Kidney
The Indiana Pacers were excited as ever to receive shooting guard Caris LeVert in a four-team trade that saw them deal Victor Oladipo, and it turns out they may be waiting a long time before LeVert gets a chance to make his debut.
It's been reported on Saturday that doctor's have found a small mass on LeVert's kidney when they were completing the standard physical upon arrival to his new team. What a scary situation and one that makes you think, what if LeVert wasn't traded and wasn't scheduled for a physical until next season's training camp?
LeVert had this to say in a statement he released and just wanted to show his gratitude to the health professionals:
On behalf of my family and myself, we want to thank the Indiana Pacers for their support and guidance. We are grateful for their extreme thoroughness during the physical process, and I am looking forward to joining the team and being part of this great organization as soon as possible.
Sources: The four-team, James Harden-Victor Oladipo-Caris LeVert-Jarrett Allen trade is complete. An additional second-round pick and cash were sent to Indiana in order to finish the deal after an issue was discovered in LeVert’s physical with Pacers, sources say.

The Pacers receive an additional second-round pick from the Nets because of the news, which is far from beyond the point here.
We wish LeVert a speedy recovery and hopefully he knows all of the NBA family is thinking about him and his family. Can't wait to see him back on the court soon!
