Video: Nuggets Jamal Murray Scores 50, Makes NBA History
The Denver Nuggets put on a show on Friday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers and it was all lead by star guard Jamal Murray who dropped a 50 spot!
Not only did Murray score 50 points in the Nuggets 120-103 victory, he became the first NBA player to score 50 without attempting a free-throw. Murray went 21 for 25 from the field, good for an 84% from the field, which also goes down as the second-most efficient game in the league's history. Quite the night for the Murray, who also set the record for most regular season points by a Canadian.
While Murray was scoring at will, Nuggets center Nikola Jokic was putting in his own work, with a triple double himself.
