Toronto Raptors Send Trade Offer to Sacramento Kings
The Toronto Raptors have some big decisions to make this week. The franchise could be hitting a bit of a 'reset' button as they have been linked to trading both Kyle Lowry and Norm Powell. While they continue to take trade calls, they've been making some too. The Raptors have been in contact with the Sacramento Kings regarding center Richaun Holmes.
The 27-year-old Holmes would be an upgrade for the Raps who have been playing the entire season with limited depth at the five after Marc Gasol and Serge Ibaka both signed elsewhere. So far this season Holmes has averaged 13.9 points, 8.6 rebounds and has shot 64.4% from the field. He's set to become an unrestricted free-agent after this season.
The Raptors are reportedly trying to acquire Holmes by dangling Patrick McCaw and DeAndre Bembry.
