Report: Victor Oladipo is Finished with the Houston Rockets

Talk about short lived, the Victor Oladipo era with the Houston Rockets appears to be over. According to the biggest insider in basketball, Oladipo is expected to be traded before the NBA's deadline on Thursday.

The New York Knicks, Miami Heat, Denver Nuggets, and Atlanta Hawks have all held trade discussions with the Rockets, who finally snapped their 20-game losing streak against the Toronto Raptors on Monday night.

As for Oladipo, it's been long rumored that he will be signing with the Miami Heat this offseason, so there's certainly a very good chance the Heat get a jump on his career in Miami and just make the deal now.

The 28-year-old is making $21 million this season, which has been a limited one. In 29 appearances, Oladipo has scored 20.8 points per game, along with 5.0 rebounds and 4.7 assists.

The Rockets are expected to receive a young piece who could turn into a contributing starter, along with one first-round pick and some financial fillers.
