Boston Celtics Signing Jabari Parker to Two-Year Contract
The Boston Celtics have signed former #2 selection Jabari Parker to a two-year contract as the Celtics look to add some more fire-power for the playoffs.
The team has been looking all season for some scoring punch in their front court and Parker's skill set should help. He's averaged 14.8 points in his career so far and could find a new home in Boston.
The team waived Moritz Wagner to make room for Parker, this according to Shams Charania of the Athletic. It hasn't always been lollipops and rainbows for Parker has he's battled injuries throughout his career and now he's hoping for a healthy tenure with the Celtics.
Boston is currently fifth in the Eastern Conference with a 30-26 record. The team should be a force in the playoffs and could easily make the Finals.
