Brooklyn Nets Sign Alize Johnson to Multi-Year Contract

The Brooklyn Nets have signed forward Alize Johnson to a multi-year contract which could be worth up to $4.1 million, this according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Johnson has seemed to finally find a home with the talented Nets as he's received a pair of 10-day contracts from Brooklyn and has taken advantage, averaging 7.8 points, shooting 65.7% from the field. His agent reported there's been a ton of interest in his client and even included a more lucrative contract offer from another team, meanwhile Johnson knew his best bet to win a championship will be with the Nets.

The former second-round pick has bounced around between the Indiana Pacers, and with the Toronto Raptors organization.

Johnson's best game so far this season came on March 24th against the Utah Jazz where he finished with 23 points, 15 boards and two steals. Good for Johnson for sticking with it, grinding out some 10-days and finally finding a home.

Hard work pays off, kids.
