Houston Rockets Sterling Brown Victim of Assault in Miami
The Houston Rockets have announced that guard Sterling Brown was assaulted on Sunday night outside a club in Miami. Brown was jumped outside a club and hit with a bottle, which cut his face and required medical attention. In the statement from the team, Brown "had no prior knowledge of or interaction with the assailants."

Unfortunately for Brown, this is the second time he has made news off the court recently, as he previously settled a lawsuit with the Milwaukee Police Department resulting from a incident at a drug store which involved being tasered and arrested.

Brown is in his first year with Houston, after three season in Milwaukee, and is averaging 8.2 ppg, 4.4 rpg, 1.4 apg while shooting 42.3% 3P in 24.1 mpg.
