There's been a ton of interest in Cousins who recently released a 'hype' video for recruitment purposes and it appears it's worked. The Boston Celtics were also interested in Cousins but he's agreed to head to the Clippers.
Cousins has since made his way into isolation and is eligible to come out on Monday after producing six negative COVID-19 tests. Cousins is trying hard to hit 'reset' on his NBA career and thought he found a home in Houston with his old running mate, John Wall. Turned out the Rockets had other plans and released the 30-year-old late February.
The move to the Clippers will be easy one for Cousins who knows a number of players on the team and played with both Rajon Rondo and Patrick Patterson. If he remains healthy, the Clippers are going to be tough to beat.
