Zach Lavine Enters COVID-19 Protocol

The Chicago Bulls will be without their leading scorer for at least the next several games, as Zach Lavine will be entering COVID-19 protocol.
Lavine is having the best year of his 7 NBA seasons, with career-high averages across the board - 27.5 ppg, 5.1 rpg, 5.1 apg while shooting 50.6% FG, 41.6% 3P and 84.8% FT. He made the first All-Star Game of his career and put up a career-high 50 points in a virtuoso performance last week.

Unfortunately for Lavine and the Bulls they have lost their last 4 games, and 12 of 16. They sit at 22-32, which is good for 10th in the Eastern Conference, holding off the struggling Toronto Raptors and Washington Wizards for the last play-in tournament spot.

Hopefully for the former Slam Dunk Champion, and the Bulls, he can make a healthy and speedy recovery for the stretch run.
