Boston Celtics Jaylen Brown Out for the Season
The Boston Celtics have announced Jaylen Brown has a torn ligament in his wrist and is out for the rest of the season.
A huge blow to the Celtics as Brown is a huge part of their offense. The 24-year-old is having a breakout season, averaging 24.7 points, 6.0 rebounds and 3.4 assists.
The Celtics say Jaylen Brown is out for the rest of the season with a torn ligament in his wrist. Devastating news for Boston, and all but ends any hopes the Celtics have of doing anything in the playoffs.

This news is such a gut-punch to Celtics fans who were expecting a deep deep playoff run and now it's going to be an uphill climb for Jayson Tatum, Kemba Walker, Evan Fournier and company.
More to come as details get released.

Here's my best guess for when Jaylen Brown's injury occurred. With 28 seconds left in the Thunder game. He said he was fine after the game, played three games afterward, even lit up the Hornets the night after this. But he clearly hurt the left wrist here. pic.twitter.com/0q4t7Fl9KG
