Kyrie Irving Disrespects Celtics' Logo
Kyrie Irving and controversy have never been strangers. Following his Brooklyn Nets win over the Boston Celtics in Sunday's Game 4, the former Celtic and current Brooklyn Net blatantly stomped on the face of the Celtics' logo at center court.

For Celtics fans, disrespecting their logo is akin to starting an international incident. Whether or not this had anything to do with a fan's totally unacceptable reaction of throwing a water bottle at Irving after the game is unknown — and, of course, uncalled for.
Throwing a water bottle at someone's head & potentially causing serious harm =/= stepping on a cartoon logo at center court. One is dangerous. One is disrespectful. The two are not remotely close.

The fan has been arrested and banned from TD Garden for life, and now faces charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. We're also learning today that a second fan was arrested after the game for assault of a police officer.

A second fan in Boston was also arrested Sunday night due to assault and battery of a police offer. https://t.co/lHhMiV4ur5
For his part, Irving referred to himself as a "great player" and "great entertainer", and that people like him need to overcome unruly fan behavior:
