Los Angeles Clippers In Big Big Trouble
The Los Angeles Clippers are getting worked by the Dallas Mavericks so far in these NBA Playoffs and it appears the team has no answer for superstar guard Luka Doncic.
The Clippers have come out flat this postseason, dropping their first two home games of the Western Conference quarterfinal. Doncic has been a nightmare for the team, as he has taken over both games on Saturday and Tuesday night. Not only is Doncic dominating, Paul George doesn't seem to want to take over at any point of the game and after Kawhi Leonard scored 30 first half points in Game 2, it still wasn't enough to sneak out a win.
The Clips aren't getting any production from Serge Ibaka and Ivica Zubac has been sub-par the whole series. They've tried to go small instead at times and the Mavs end up getting to the rim with ease or hand the ball to Kristaps Prozingis who then scores at will.
This Clippers team who was supposed to be a dynasty may be broken up after this season and it looks like we can blame Doncic and company for putting them out of their misery. It's only two games to this point, but if the Mavs come away with a win in Game 3, we can all put this one to bed.
