VIDEO: Lakers Coach Calls Out Chris Paul Over 'Dangerous' Play on LeBron James
The Los Angeles Lakers were defeated by the Phoenix Suns in Game 1 of their series on Sunday and Lakers head coach wasn't happy with a play late in the fourth quarter. Suns point guard Chris Paul boxed out LeBron James in the fourth quarter of the 99-90 loss and Frank Vogel had lots to say about it.
Postgame Vogel would mention he thought it was overly aggressive and even went as far as calling it a dangerous play. Considering James and Paul are the best of friends you have to wonder about intent. It looked like just a hard play from a tough-nosed point-guard and a bit of a sell job. Paul laughed it off and said he doesn't know what Vogel is talking about. Paul went on to say he was just playing basketball and competing.
