Cavaliers Could Trade Their Top Pick in 2021 Draft
The Cleveland Cavaliers' current rebuilding phase left them with a 22-50 record, tied for the 4th-worst record in the NBA this season, and the fifth-best odds for winning this month's Draft Lottery.
With this year's draft being recognized as one of the best in memory, and having precisely five franchise-altering talents, what the Cavs do with their pick will be largely dependent upon how the ping pong balls bounce at the June 22 Lottery.

Landing a franchise player is very difficult for a team like the Cavs, so if they're able to stay in the Top 5, sources indicate they'd likely keep their pick. But a fall in the draft order could lead them to evaluate trade offers.
For Cavs fans these days, the Draft Lottery has the potential to be the most exciting day of the basketball calendar. And it can't come soon enough.
