Donovan Mitchell Injury Update: Says He WILL Play in Game 4
After tearing through the playoffs at a legendary pace, Utah Jazz superstar Donovan Mitchell was slowed just a bit by a sore ankle in Saturday's Game 3 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers. But Mitchell says the ankle injury will not keep him out of Game 4.

The pain in his ankle got so bad, he had to leave the game midway through the 4th quarter on Saturday night. The 18-point deficit at the time was the main reason he didn't return, according to Mitchell, not the injury.
"Things like this are going to happen," said Mitchell. "You just got to find ways to manage it and get out there and get ready. It's not going to be perfect, but it is what it is."
Mitchell still finished the game with 30 points despite the ongoing injury, down only slightly from his 32.3 average during these playoffs.
Game 4 is Monday night, with the Jazz holding a 2-1 lead in the series.
