NBA Tells Nets Fans To Stop Being So Mean to Giannis!

The Brooklyn Nets have gotten a slap on the wrist from the NBA, for mocking Milwaukee Bucks' forward Giannis Antetokounmpo during his free throws.
Giannis has a hitch in his game, or rather, his free throw routine. He's, shall we say, very, very deliberate at the line. So slow and deliberate, in fact, that the Nets had taken to putting a counting timer on the scoreboard to mock him. And the fans ate it up...

The NBA says that's enough of that, and put the kibosh on it after Game 1. In Game 2, the Nets replaced it with a video of longtime fan Mr. Whammy trying to put the jinx on Giannis during each free throw. It kinda looks like this:

Either way, the Nets didn't need much help from counter clocks or Mr. Whammy in Game 2, easily blowing out Giannis and the Bucks, taking a 2-0 series lead into the Fiserv Form in Milwaukee Thursday night.
