Rumor: Gordon Hayward Could Be On His Way Out Of Charlotte
After just one season of his 4-year, $120M deal with the Charlotte Hornets, the team could be ready to ship out Gordon Hayward.
The Charlotte #Hornets are open to moving Gordon Hayward if the right deal presents itself this offseason, source tells @HoopAnalysisNet. - https://t.co/PehHzhS9lL

Hayward had a strong season for Charlotte, averaging 19.6 points per game, while shooting 41.5% from the three-point line.
The Hornets would love to acquire a big man though, according to the source, and would be willing to part with Hayward if the right deal came along.
If a center is in their sights, Indiana Pacers' Myles Turner could be a good fit. The Pacers were in big on the Hayward free agency sweepstakes last year before falling short.
Hayward was also a big free-agent splash for the Boston Celtics in 2017, but injuries derailed his time there, and he was gone three years later.
When it's all said and done, Gordon Hayward's career is going to be bizarre to review. https://t.co/Z6dISyY1Xx

One way or the other, this could be a very busy offseason in the Queen City.
