Blockbuster Trade in the Works Between Heat and Cavs
The Collin Sexton rumors have been floating around for some time now, and Tyler Herro has heard his name mentioned in trades all season as well. Now throw Kevin Love into the mix, and you have a blockbuster trade-in-the-making between the Miami Heat and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Heat beat reporter Adam Borai says Miami has looked at trade offers involving Cavs point guard Sexton separately, as well as in combination with former All-Star Love, in return for Tyler Herro, Precious Achiuwa and Andre Iguodala in a bigger deal.
Sources have told me that there is indeed validity to the idea that the Miami Heat would be interested in a trade for Collin Sexton.

The Cavs would rather keep Collin & extend him but understand that his price tag might be too high for them to accept. @5ReasonsSports
According to the report, the Cavs could very likely draft a guard, either Jalen Green or Jalen Suggs, with their No. 3 pick in the NBA Draft at the end of this month. That would free them up to trade Sexton.
The Heat, conversely, could be losing one or two key pieces of their guard rotation, with Duncan Robinson and Kendrick Nunn both on the (restricted) free agent market, and their combined salary demands would likely be above what Miami can spend.
Sexton would still be the centerpiece of any deal of this kind, coming off a breakthrough season in which he averaged over 24 points per game for the Cavs, to go along with 4.4 assists.
The talks should hit a crescendo right around draft time (July 29).
