LeBron James Confirms He Wants to Retire As A Laker
LeBron James wants a Hollywood ending. He said on a podcast recently that he hopes to finish his career in the City of Angels, with the Lakers.
LeBron: "I truly hope I can finish my career with the Lakers; however many years that is, if it’s 4, 5, 6, whatever, 7... I love being in LA, my family loves being in LA. Being with a historical franchise like the Lakers, I never thought it'd be possible." https://t.co/HJDuel8ySv

However long he's got left in the NBA, "whether it's 4, 5, 6, whatever, 7 (years)... I love being in LA, my family loves being in LA," said King James.
But before Clippers fans get any ideas, LeBron pointed out the obvious, "Being with a historical franchise like the Lakers, I never thought it'd be possible."
With his legendary career now 18 seasons in, and titles in Miami, Cleveland and Los Angeles, LeBron has made it clear that there's no place else he'd like to be, from here on out.
There is one little detour though. James will spend his summer as a member of the Toon Squad in the Space Jam movie sequel, before pulling on the Lakers uniform again in the fall.
