Pacers Reject Kuzma Offer
Kyle Kuzma stock isn't exactly high right now. Earlier today it was reported that the Indiana Pacers turned down a trade offer from the Lakers involving Kyle Kuzma and the 22nd pick for the Pacers' 13th overall pick.
This decision is notable for the Pacers, as it strengthens projections that the team is doubling down to draft Gonzaga wing Corey Kispert with their 13th pick. Kispert scored 19.2 points per game and shot an impressive 44% from three last year, according to The Ringer.
Nonetheless, it would not be a surprise to see Kuzma in a different jersey next year. The Lakers have also reportedly been in talks with the Sacramento Kings regarding potential trades involving Kuzma and Buddy Hield. The Lakers and Kings have discussed a trade centered around Buddy Hield, per @ShamsCharania
