Bulls' Lonzo Ball Takes Parting Shots at the Pelicans
Lonzo Ball is a Chicago Bull and if you ask him, he wouldn't have it any other way. Ball recently mentioned Chi-Town is the perfect place for him to end up and he's thankful to be playing somewhere where he's appreciated.
Ball spoke to the media on Friday and had this to say:
(The Bulls) were the team that stood out that really wanted me for me. I wanted to go somewhere I'm appreciated and can play my game. Chicago is the perfect place for that. We're an exciting team, I can see the future, and we're a team that can go up and down and win basketball games. At the end of the day, I'm happy to be a Bull.
Ball joins DeMar DeRozan and Alex Caruso, forming what should be one of the best offenses in the league next season. Ball will be able to facilitate the offense and his pass-first mentality should fit in perfectly, as Chicago looks to improve on their transition offense that was ranked 25th next season.
Last season Ball averaged a career high with 14.6 points and knocked down 37.8% of his deep balls. If you're ever betting on the Bulls, take the over!
