Lance Stephenson Holding Private Workouts With At Least 4 NBA Teams

After being out of the NBA for the past two seasons, 31-year-old Lance Stephenson wants back in, and he's holding a private workout for four teams.

The Friday morning workout in Las Vegas was said to have the Milwaukee Bucks, Denver Nuggets, Philadelphia 76ers and Brooklyn Nets among those in attendance.

Stephenson told Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes recently that he misses the game, and that he is "motivated" to get back in the NBA.

Stephenson spent the 2019-20 season with the Liaoning Flying Leopards of the Chinese Basketball Association, and was even named MVP of "The Terrific 12 Finals" for the champion Leopards. He averaged 26.7 PPG, 7.4 rebounds and 3.8 assists while dominating the Chinese league.

He attempted to sign a 2020-21 contract with the Indiana Pacers, but was blocked from doing so due to having played in China during the 2020 pandemic season. He also entered his name for the 2020 G-League draft, but wasn't selected.

The 9-year NBA veteran is only 31 years old, and figures he still has something to offer.
