Five years, $207M (that number is if Young makes All-NBA next year; would be around $170M if not).
Young, still only twenty-two years of age, has had an excellent start to his NBA career with career averages of 24.1 ppg, 3.9 rpg, 8.9 apg while hitting 2.4 3P per game. This past season, he led the Hawks to their first playoff appearance in three seasons - getting all the way to the Eastern Conference Finals before falling to eventual NBA Champions Milwaukee Bucks. Game 1 against the Bucks showed everyone watching the type of player Young is - an superstar in the making who can win playoff games, as he dropped 48 points, 7 rebounds and 11 assists on the Bucks.
