Kevin Durant led the way with 29 points, and was quick to let those who "power-ranked" the U.S. as low as 4th, hear all about it.
KD had to let the haters hear it after winning gold 🤣

"Talkin' 'bout they catching up to us, like, are you serious? This skill is unmatched, you dig?"
Durant and his teammates had a nice gold medal taste happening after the game.

As for the game itself, Rudy Gobert tried his best to keep France close, and they got as close as 3 points with 10 seconds to play, but Gobert then fouled out and a pair of Durant free-throws iced it. Jayson Tatum added 19 for Team USA, while Gobert and Evan Fournier added 16 apiece for France.
It was sweet revenge for the U.S. team, who were beaten by France in the first game of the tournament.
After all the challenges this team faced along the way, Draymond Green, who was also part of the 2016 gold medal team, says this one "feels a lot sweeter."
