Ben Simmons Thrown Out of Practice, Suspended By Philadelphia 76ers
Boy oh boy, the Ben Simmons saga continues and things are getting heated. At Tuesday's practice Simmons was seen not engaged at all and not even listening to the coaching staff so head coach Doc Rivers threw him out of practice and he's now been suspended for the season opener on Wednesday.
On Monday Simmons made his first appearance with the club and it was as awkward as you could imagine. Simmons was seen outside of team huddles doing his own thing and for half of the practice he had his cell phone in his pocket.
Simmons’ reluctance to physically and mentally engage with the Sixers since his return has been a consistent theme, sources tell ESPN. https://t.co/bG1Cs2EuZ4

It looks like him joining his teammates in Philly was just a ploy. His alternative motive is to expedite the trade process and don't expect to see Simmons suit up for the 76ers this season.
As for trades, the Cleveland Cavaliers, Sacramento Kings and Minnesota Timberwolves remain the heavy favorites.
If yesterday's video was any indication, can't wait to see the footage from today...
