Reports say that 5-star recruit Jahki Howard has just transferred to Donda. The 15-year-old is already in ESPN's Top 5 for the Class of 2024, and after just one year of high school has already has Division I offers from the likes of Tennessee, Georgia Tech, Georgia, Illinois, Ole Miss, Tennessee State, Georgetown and Florida.
At 6-foo-6, 175 lbs, the small forward still feels he has.. uh ..'room to grow'. Literally. “I feel like I could be way higher,” he said. “I really don’t look into that. I try to just push my game to be the best I can and not focus on the rankings.”
Kanye's academy has also landed another top high school prospect. Four-star Indiana recruit Jalen Hooks. The 6-foot-7 junior, Class of 2023, has scholarship offers from no less than IUPUI, DePaul, Georgia, Illinois, LSU, Marquette, Pitt, Tulane and Xavier.
About moving to California to attend Kanye's Donda Academy, he told the Indy Star “It’s just one of those things you can’t pass up,” he said. “It was more of a family decision, too. All of us just felt like it was a chance to reach my full potential and grow and get ready for the college level.”
