Blazers President Under Investigation by Team
Late Friday night, Shams Charania and Jason Quick reported in The Athletic that the Portland Trail Blazers and their owner Jody Allen have initiated an investigation into alleged misconduct by the team's President of Basketball Operations, Neil Olshey:

Although further details regarding the investigation or Olshey's alleged misconduct have yet to emerge, the article states that "multiple sources" have confirmed that reports of misconduct have been filed by "at least" one Blazers employee.
The article also states that neither the Blazers nor Olshey have commented on the situation despite multiple requests by The Athletic.
The timing of the emergence of this story is significant in the context of last week's story regarding the behaviour of Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver. The story detailed accounts from over 70 members of the Suns organization alleging racist, sexist and generally problematic behaviour by Sarver:

would be appalled.”
Based on interviews w/ 70+ current & former employees throughout his 17-year tenure as owner, my story on Robert Sarver’s Phoenix Suns: https://t.co/PMvMyBdr2N
Considering that these two stories have developed in such a close timeframe, there is no question that the NBA, and many in it, are in hot water right now and could face some tough questions in the coming weeks.
