Jokic & Markieff Morris Hammer Each Other; Heat Players Go After Jokic After Game
The way the Morris brothers play basketball, the most surprising thing about this kind of incident is that it hadn't happened until now.
Monday night's MiamiHeat/Denver Nuggets matchup got ugly, after Markieff Morris literally body-checked Nikola Jokic with a vicious "take foul" to stop a Denver fast-break. Jokic responded by hammering Morris to the floor from behind.

The two were ejected, Morris with a flagrant foul 2, and Jokic with an unsportsmanlike conduct foul. Jimmy Butler wasn't too happy with the league MVP after the incident, challenging Jokic to a fight "out back":
"Bring that sh*t! Bring that sh*t! Bring yo ass to the back! Bring yo ass to the back! Let's go!"

"Bring that sh*t! Bring that sh*t! Bring yo ass to the back!" yelled Butler.
Morris stayed down on the floor for five minutes, but eventually walked off unaided.
After the game, Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said of Morris' initial foul, "maybe it was a little bit more than a slap, but it was a 'take foul', that's how I saw it." Jokic called his own actions "stupid".
"It's a stupid play. I feel bad."

While calling Morris' hit "a dirty play", Jokic said he needed to protect himself, but still said "it's a stupid play. I feel bad. I'm not supposed to react that way."
After the game, Heat players went looking for Jokic, but were held back by security.
The Heat players were serious about fighting. Sadly, they could not get around the old man in a huge sports coat. Otherwise, it was curtains for the Nuggets. https://t.co/NkzNRO8Ah5

Two things are certain after this incident: Suspensions will be coming. And tickets to the Nov. 29 Denver at Miami game will be hard to come by.
