Bucks Bolster Roster Once Again, With Veteran Swingman
He spent the 2019-20 season with the Milwaukee Bucks, contributing 24 minutes a game, while shooting 36% from behind the arc. Now, swingman Wesley Matthews is back with the Bucks, according to The Athletic's Shams Charania.

A veteran of 12 NBA seasons, the 35-year-old Matthews spent last season with the Los Angeles Lakers, but now brings his 3-and-D contributions back to the defending champs.
Matthews has made a career out of knocking it down from deep, and playing solid perimter defense.
His numbers last season with the Lakers, however, were down considerably from earlier in his career, likely the reasons for LA not bringing him back. Matthews hit on just 33% of his threes, and averaged just 4.8 points in 19 minutes off the bench.
His career averages of 12.6 points and 38% shooting from beyond the arc might be in his rear-view mirror at his advanced age, but if he can come back to anywhere vaguely resembling those numbers, and continue to bring his staunch defense, he'll provide a proven vet come playoff time.
