Clippers' Paul George Out Indefinitely
The Los Angeles Clippers have been given tough news, as star Paul George has a torn ligament in his right elbow. Due to this, his injury will be reevaluated in the three-to-four weeks. At this juncture, he is out indefinitely.
George has been dealing with some elbow trouble this season and returned to play on Monday night against the Spurs. During that contest, he played quite well, as he had 25 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. During the following game against the Sacramento Kings, he also had 17 points. However, it's clear that he has reaggravated his injury.
This news is brutal for the Clippers, as they fighting for a playoff spot in the Western Conference. Although they are in fifth place with a 17-15 record, there are many teams below them that aren't far behind in the slightest. With that, Kawhi Leonard is already out, too, so they now have two massive holes on their roster.
Here's to hoping the Clippers and George receive good news once he is reevaluated. Still, being without him for a minimum of three weeks is horrible enough.
