Denver Nuggets Sign Guard
The Denver Nuggets have signed guard Rayjon Tucker to a 10-day contract.
Tucker recently signed a 10-day deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves, but unfortunately wasn't able to get into any action. With the Nuggets, however, he will be hoping for that to change.
Tucker does have a little bit of NBA experience under his belt, though. Over the two previous campaigns, he appeared in 34 contests between the Utah Jazz and Philadelphia 76ers. In them, he averaged 2.8 points, 0.9 rebounds and 0.3 assists per game.
Tucker has been playing this season with the G-League's Wisconsin Herd. He's played quite well there, as he's averaged 17.1 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game. It will be intriguing to see how much of that translate over to the NBA this time around.
If Tucker can play well with Denver, perhaps they or another NBA franchise will send him a deal for the remainder of the regular season.
