Help On The Way For The Milwaukee Bucks
The Milwaukee Bucks have gotten their Christmas wish. Giannis Antetokounmpo will be playing in Milwaukee's Christmas game against the Boston Celtics.
Antetokounmpo spent the last 10 days in COVID-19 protocol and was deemed as questionable for the contest. Yet, after participating in a workout on Friday, the star felt good and has been cleared to play.
This is a massive boost for the Bucks. They are getting their top player back for their big matchup. The 27-year-old has been off to another marvelous start this campaign, as he's averaging 27.0 points, 11.6 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game. With this, he easily should play in his sixth straight All-Star Game - assuming the event occurs, of course.
The Bucks are favored in this game, but especially with Giannis back. The Celtics are very short handed as well, as they are getting hit by COVID-19, too. Yet, with his return, the Christmas Day game has just become far more exciting.
