Chicago Bulls To Be Without Guard
The Chicago Bulls are continuing to get hit hard by COVID-19, as now guard Alex Caruso has entered health and safety protocols.
With this news, Caruso has become the 18th member of the organization to enter protocols this year alone. Needless to say, Chicago has had some rotten luck. Yet, even with this being the case, they still have a 25-10 record and are first place in the Eastern Conference.
Fresh off of signing a four-year, $37 million contract with the Bulls during the offseason, Caruso has been a perfect role player for them. In 26 games on the season, he has averaged 8.4 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per contest. With this, it's fair to say that he has been a very solid addition to Chicago.
Caruso will be out for the next few days at a minimum. It is tough to hear, as he was just about to return from a left foot sprain. Alas, that will now be delayed.
