DeMarcus Cousins To Have New Home
DeMarcus Cousins is expected to sign a 10-day deal with the Denver Nuggets.
Cousins was just waived by the Milwaukee Bucks, but now, he once again has a home in the NBA with Denver. In 17 games this season with the Bucks, he averaged 9.1 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.1 assists. Overall, those are not bad statistics from a player coming off the bench. With this, it isn't all that surprising that another team is willing to take a shot at him.
The six-time All-Star will be looking to find his previous form as a member of the Nuggets. Since his ACL injury, he has been more of a role player, but even with this, he's an excellent addition on a 10-day deal. If he impresses, it wouldn't be shocking to see him land a deal for the remainder of the campaign.
In 623 career games between the Sacramento Kings, New Orleans Pelicans, Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Lakers, and Bucks, Cousins has averaged 20.1 points, 10.4 rebounds, and 3.1 assists.
