NBA Fines Julius Randle

The NBA has fined Julius Randle $25,000 for his usage of profanity earlier this week during interviews with the media.

Randle has certainly had quite the potty mouth lately, as he's dropped a few f-bombs in regards to the criticism he's been facing and even to Knicks fans directly. It's clear that the star was very angry, but without any surprise, the NBA has opted to discipline him for his foul language. He did, however, apologize for his comments through an Instagram post on Friday. 

However, Randle won't be impacted by this fine much at all. He's making over $20 million this season alone, so this is essentially pocket change to him. 

From here on out, Randle will likely calm down - especially after his recent social media post. On the court, he's been having another very solid campaign. In 37 games, he's averaging 19.6 points, 10.1 rebounds, and 4.9 assists.
