NBA Rumors: Jazz Looking At 4 Trade Targets To Replace Joe Ingles
The Utah Jazz suffered a big blow to their playoff hopes when they lost Joe Ingles for the season this past week. The search is on for a replacement on the wing, and insiders have noted 4 possible trade targets the Jazz are discussing.
Sacramento Kings' Harrison Barnes, Portland Trail Blazers' Robert Covington, Boston Celtics' Josh Richardson, and the Minnesota Timberwolves' Josh Okogie are on the Jazz radar, sources tell Michael Scotto of HoopsHype. "They’ve certainly done due diligence (on those four), and the mold of finding a defensive wing certainly appears to fit with all those names. There’s a commonality there."
I'm told the Utah Jazz are going all out for Harrison Barnes.

As for Harrison Barnes, it appears that the Kings are asking a high price in return.

"I’ve heard from executives around the league that Sacramento would like at least a first-round pick in any potential deal for him," writes Scotto.
Danny Ainge tried to acquire Barnes when he was with Boston, and that need has apparently followed Ainge to the Jazz front office. The 29-year-old Barnes is having a solid year for the Kings, averaging 16.4 points and 6 rebounds, while shooting just over 40% from three-point range.
The Jazz have a 2026 first round pick to deal, as well as Ingles' expiring $13M contract.
Ingles suffered a devastating knee injury earlier this week, and teammates were crushed to see him in tears in the locker room.
