Russell Westbrook Snaps, Lets Loose On Frank Vogel After Sitting Entire 4th Quarter
The Los Angeles Lakers took another beating, and so did Russell Westbrook. This time benched for the entire 4th quarter of a 131-116 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks, and this time, Russ couldn't hold his tongue after the game.
You never know when you’re coming in, you never know when you’re coming out. You never know when you’re playing, you never know… a bunch of things.
Westbrook, after another dreadful 3-for-11 shooting performance, simply doesn't feel that he's the problem with the Lakers. He feels he's earned the right to be out there:

“I shouldn’t have to hit any benchmarks, to be honest. I put a lot of work in. I got a lot of respect in this game. I earned the right to be in closing lineups."
Russ is shooting 28% in the last 4 games, averaging 10.3 points, 7.5 rebounds and 7 assists. He laughs when asked about the boos he's receiving from the home fans, and instead talks about his basketball "gift".
"It’s a sign of respect…,” Westbrook said of the fans’ frustration. “The most important part is that I continue to use my gift to play basketball and use that platform to help people around the world."
Right now, the people in LA would like a bit of help.
