Boston Celtics Sign Forward

The Boston Celtics are signing Malik Fitts through the 2022-23 season. 

Fitts is just about to finish his second 10-day with the Celtics. With this development, it's clear that the 24-year-old has impressed them - hence why they are committing to him until the end of next season. 

Fitts has appeared in two games with the Celtics, where he has averaged 0.5 rebounds. His playing time has been limited, as he is averaging just 2.5 minutes per game. However, even if he hasn't had too many chances, they clearly have liked what they have been seeing from him in practice, too. 

Fitts' career is really just getting started. In 12 career games between the Los Angeles Clippers, Utah Jazz, and Celtics, he has averaged 0.8 points and 1.2 rebounds per contest. Now, he will have the chance to finally get some stability at the NBA level with the Celtics. Let's see how he performs from here.
