Williams suffered torn ligaments in his left wrist on October 28th, and hasn't played since. Coach Billy Donovan has said he isn't necessarily going to rush Williams back into the starting lineup, but he is hoping that Williams can make up for lost time before the playoffs, even offering that he could play on back-to-back nights.
On Friday in Phoenix, Bulls coach Billy Donovan didn’t rule out Williams playing in both games of the back-to-back which concludes Tuesday in Milwaukee. https://t.co/hk48Szbab8

Williams was the Bulls' No. 4 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. He showed great promise in his rookie season last year, averaging 9.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, and shooting 39% from the three-point line.
